  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Final Sales: Items marked as "final sale," "clearance," or "sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items such as Loc wigs, custom wigs, custom loc extensions are not eligible for a refund.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not refundable.

Booking Policy

1. Booking Terms: To secure a booking, a deposit/payment of 50% is required. The remaining balance is due on the booking date.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior. Cancellation made 3 days or more prior to the booking date will receive a booking refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the booking date will forfeit the deposit.

3. Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling requests must be 3 days prior to the appointment.
  • Rescheduling fees may apply.

4. Late Arrival Fee: A grace period of 15 minutes is granted to all clients. A late fee of R50 per 15 minutes will be applied to unpaid balances. We reserve the right to cancel or apply a late fee upon late arrival.

5. Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards.

6. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit/payment sent to our number +27764825036.

7. Amendments: Any changes to the booking policy will be communicated in writing.
